Salon Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give at least 48 hrs. hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for another client to enjoy the appointment & helps you avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellations/no shows within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a 50% of scheduled service cancellation fee. This fee is to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled.
LATE POLICY
Please be on-time for your appointments. If you arrive late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. If you are 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment & you will be charged for the services scheduled that day.
