I’m Jennifer Alden, the heart and hands behind Naked Eye Beauty, an organic hair salon dedicated to crafting effortless, naturally stunning looks for every client who steps into my space. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, my passion for hair is rooted in celebrating individuality, enhancing natural textures, and embracing a more mindful approach to haircare.

At the core of my work is a love for razor cutting—a technique that allows me to shape and texturize with precision, bringing out each client’s unique style in a way that’s soft, flattering, and easy to maintain. I specialize in working with natural textures, especially curly hair, because I believe that every curl, wave, and strand has its own personality and deserves a thoughtful, tailored approach. My goal is to create cuts and styles that blend seamlessly into your lifestyle, allowing you to feel confident and authentic every day. I also have a particular love for gray blending, highlighting, and creating beautifully rich brunettes and redheads. Gray blending holds a special place in my heart—it allows me to blend new growth gracefully, celebrating the beauty of silver strands in a soft, sophisticated way that’s effortlessly low-maintenance. For brunettes and redheads, I love to design hues that feel lush, multidimensional, and tailored to each client, embracing tones that highlight your natural features and bring depth and warmth to your look.

I’ve carefully selected each product to ensure that it’s as safe for the environment as it is for you. I work exclusively with gentle, nourishing ingredients that enhance hair health without the harsh chemicals found in traditional products. My salon is a space where you can breathe easy, knowing that your beauty routine aligns with your wellness values.

Beyond hair, Naked Eye Beauty is designed to be a tranquil escape. From the warm tones and soothing design to the calming music and gentle scents, every detail is intended to create a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy a moment of self-care. This is more than just a salon visit—it’s an opportunity to connect, restore, and leave feeling renewed.

While most stylists offer a great first visit and a solid maintenance care there after, I see my role as your stylist a bit differently. I work together with all my guests to create a long-term hair care plan ensure their cut, color and style looks fresh always, and there won’t ever be a time where you feel bored or stuck in a routine. I’ll be checking in throughout the year to see if any new issues have come up and we’ll work through them together.

When I’m not in the salon, I am often with my family - my husband Ian, my eight year-old son Donovan, my three dogs Evie, Juan and Leroy and my kitty, Fiona, hanging around the house or going on long walks around Glendora. I also love playing guitar and taking acting classes.
