Education is so important in the hair industry. To stay inspired and relevent with changing trends, you have to continue your education all the time - thats probably the main reason I love doing hair! My curiosity and creativity always needs to be rocked from time to time.

I was lucky enough to attend a weekend with some of the best hairdressers in the world at HB Fest in Palm Springs, CA. I documented my time there which you can view below - my first Vlog woohoo! It was really fun to make and hope to create some more in the future. Enjoy!! XO Jen
