Welcome and Thank You SO much for your interest in working with me on your gorgeous hair!

As a new client looking to book an appointment with me for the first time, I want to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Here's a guide to help you through the booking process:

• Browse Services Here: Take a look at my list of services available, including haircuts, coloring and treatments. This will give you an idea of what I offer and help you decide on the services you're interested in. All New Client services will be prompted in the description (please book these as this allows time for us to do a proper consultation before I begin your service)

• Schedule an Appointment: Once you've decided on the service, you can easily schedule an appointment through my online booking system. Simply select the salon location (either Pasadena or Glendora), date and time that works best for you, then you will be prompted to fill out a New Client Form that is mandatory for all new clients. I want to know all your past hair history (this is especially important for color clients) and what you'd like to accomplish at our appointment.

• You are also welcome to fill out the form below before you book if you're not sure what to book for and have something complicated like a color correction or gray blending, etc. Doing this will also help me determine how much time to allot for your appointment. I also offer in-person and virtual consultations for $30 - if you decide to book with me, the fee will be applied to your scheduled appointment.

• If there are certain dates you want to book but they are currently not available, make sure to add yourself to my waitlist - you will be notified ASAP if I have any cancellations!

• Confirmation: After you've booked your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking. If you have any special requests or questions, feel free to let me know, and I'll be happy to assist you.
